We totally understand that you may not know what to expect. Please don’t worry. Working with us will be a collaborative approach throughout the process. We want to ensure you are happy with the direction your project is taking at every stage, and will ask for your feedback. We are happy to offer a 30 minute consultation call to discuss your project prior to any commitment from you.

We love to work with ambitious entrepreneurs, small to medium business owners and start-ups. We welcome clients that know the value high quality design brings and believe in the power of branding that’s done well. Your specific industry does not matter as our design style is simple, modern and lends its self to all different sectors. Our aim is to ensure your brand makes an impact, so we will spend time researching and applying our strategic process to your design project.

Our background in the design industry is over 28 years and in that time we’ve worked with clients who are household names to start-ups, based all over the country, from a wide variety of sectors from Events, Marketing, Restaurants, Magazines, Food Production and many more.

The first step is to arrange a complimentary 30 minute discovery call so that we can discuss your project and make sure that we’re a good fit.

Next, we’ll put together a custom design proposal that confirms project scope and fee so that you know exactly what your investment is before you start. If this sounds good, you’ll sign a contract and pay a deposit, then we’ll book your project into our schedule.

We only accept a limited number of projects at a time so we can guarantee to devote the right amount of time and attention to each one. Please contact us to check our availability, as this changes all the time.

Please note – we book clients on a first come first served basis to help with consistent schedule flow. Whether you start right away or a few months later, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in our schedule. The sooner you can get in touch, the better.

During your project we will be keeping in touch mainly via email, and phone calls. You will be involved every step of the way to provide feedback and help the process move smoothly. We will manage the project and liaise with everyone involved to save you time and effort.

We break your payment down into 3 payments. A 50% deposit will secure your project slot in our calendar, followed by 25% of the remainder at month 1, then the final 25% at month 2*.

* (or before your project is completed, whichever comes first).

Our branding packages, as outlined here, are clear about what’s included. Any additional items you require will be included on your design proposal so you’ll know exactly what your investment is before you start.

If anything is added on during the project or we go above the agreed number of refinements (which is rare) that is fine, we’ll simply charge our hourly rate (£60).

We do not provide copywriting and photography ourselves but we have a trusted network of talented professionals that we work closely with. We are happy to make recommendations, arrange photoshoots and create photography briefs to make sure your investment gets the best results.

If you require stock photography sourcing we can help with this to ensure your imagery is consistent with your brand. We have a large database of licenced stock photography at a cost of £20 per photograph, should you require this. A big part of your brand style is set by the tone used in your copy. This is your brand voice, and is a key part of your brand identity. Again, we will happily make recommendations if you’d like to work directly with a professional copywriter.

We would ask that our clients provide us with copy and imagery prior to the start of your project. Just let us know your requirements and we can add to your custom design proposal.

A few of our clients prefer to arrange their own printing, so we automatically supply print ready hi-res PDF’s for the items we design. These files are suitable for any professional printing companies to use. If you are using online printing companies, such as Vista Print, please let us know beforehand as this changes how we prepare the final artwork.

Printing is not included in our fees. However, we partner with a local printing company and are happy to assist with the printing process and arrange printing and delivery if you would rather we did this for you.
