Our Web Design process

1) To begin your web design process, we’ll send you a brand discovery questionnaire to really understand what makes your brand brilliantly unique, as well as discovering your vision and goals. This is where you get to tell us everything that makes you so special and is your chance to let us know your likes and dislikes so your site can be tailored to you. Once we receive the questionnaire back from you, we will get together over a coffee (or a virtual coffee!) and chat about the findings from this, and the direction we suggest taking.

2) We will draw up a proposal/quotation that we can review together, along with a client contract.

3) We begin our design process, showing you a mock-up of the style we envisage for your brand. This allows you the chance to review and refine the design as we go. We keep in mind the story and values behind your brand and ensure this shines through in all your design. We will never move forward with your design unless you are happy with the direction we are taking.

4) Once the site is complete and to your satisfaction, just before you launch, we'll go through the site thoroughly and test the site to ensure there are no errors.
